I. Collecting Information
All information collected via the website remains the property of the company.
All information collected is provided voluntarily by the customer via online contact forms, email correspondence, telephone correspondence, written communication, and other direct interactions between the company and the customer. The website does not collect any information not voluntarily supplied by the customer.

II. Sharing Information
All information collected by the company is securely administered and stored, and is not passed on to any third parties without the expressed written consent of the customer. In accordance, the company agrees not to offer said information for sale or rental without the expressed written consent of the customer.
However, information may be supplied to a third party without prior written consent if it is required by the authorities, namely the police and those investigating potential cases of fraud, or any other party legally permitted access to the information as required by law.
The customer is within their own rights to request information held by the company regarding the customer himself/herself, including, but not limited to, duplicate documentation of the stored information. III. Altering Information
The company will not alter any information collected from the customer via the website. The customer however is entitled to alter information supplied in relation to future marketing.
The company will only contact a customer for future marketing purposes if the customer has agreed to such communication. The customer is free to opt out of marketing communication at any time by email or telephone. Once a request to opt out of marketing communication has been received, the company agrees to make the necessary adjustment within 28 days.
IV. Securing Information
All information transferred from the customer to the company using the website is automatically secured using industry-approved software. All private information, including but not limited to name, address, date of birth, email address, telephone number, credit card number, and bank account number, is encrypted prior to sending using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.
Customers wishing to confirm such security measures should take note of the padlock icon found within their internet browser’s URL address bar and the use of “https” in place of “http” as a prefix to the full URL address.
All information collected from the website is stored in a safe environment. This includes information transferred to the company’s desktop computers, laptops, information storage devices, servers, and all other electronic devices. Only authorized employees of the company have access to these devices.
